Both disposable e-cigarettes and devices can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the purchase receipt at any Salt Point branch in Latvia.
No, the exchange period is the same for both devices and disposable e-cigarettes - 30 days from the date of purchase.
You can only exchange the product if you present the receipt.
The device must be returned to any Salt Point branch in Latvia together with the purchase receipt. Our staff will check the functionality of the device and replace it in case of a fault.
At the moment, nicotine-free e-cigarettes are not available.
The base of a disposable e-cigarette contains:
