If, after purchasing the goods, the buyer discovers that the goods are damaged and/or defective and such non-conformity is due to the fault of the seller or the manufacturer, the goods will be exchanged for new ones within 30 days of purchase.

 

In order for the defective product to be exchanged for a new one, the damage and defects must not have been caused by the buyer's action or misuse, the product must not have been tampered with and the buyer must produce proof of purchase of the product in question: a receipt.
